These terms of use and the documents referenced by these terms of use (collectively, these "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Nobody Sausage Inc. ("Nobody Sausage", "we", "us", and "our") that governs your access to and use of https://www.nobodysausage.com/ and its related web pages, including any content, functionality, information, goods, or services displayed, provided, offered, or ordered by you on or through the website (collectively, the "Website").
By using the Website (including, for the avoidance of doubt, to order goods or services on or through the Website), you (a) acknowledge that you have read, understand, accept, and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms, and (b) represent and warrant that you are at least 14 years of age or otherwise the legal age of majority under applicable law to form a binding contract and meet all of the eligibility requirements specified in these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any such modifications are effective immediately upon posting and apply to your continued use of the Website. General
The Website is for your own personal and non-commercial use, and you are responsible for obtaining your own access to the Website and for any related expenses. Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, royalty-free, and revocable license to access and read the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Token-Related Features
The Website may provide certain features usable in connection with non-fungible tokens created and sold or otherwise distributed in the first instance by Nobody Sausage ("Nobody Sausage Tokens"). These features may require that you validate your ownership of applicable Nobody Sausage tokens, including by connecting a Nobody Sausage-supported blockchain-based digital wallet to the Website.
Digital wallets are provided by third parties, and not by Nobody Sausage. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of and access to your digital wallet, and you acknowledge that Nobody Sausage is unable to access or otherwise retrieve Nobody tokens from your digital wallet, and your loss of access to your digital wallet may result in the permanent loss of your Nobody Sausage Tokens.
Online Purchases
Application
This section applies to any orders you place for goods or services from the Website. You must not order or otherwise obtain goods or services from the Website if you: (a) do not agree to these Terms generally and this section in particular; (b) are not the age of majority in your province or territory of residence; or (c) are prohibited from accessing or using the Website by applicable law.
Acceptance of Orders
You agree that your order constitutes an offer to buy the goods and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us, and you acknowledge that we have no obligation to sell the goods or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion, even after we send you a confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered.
Price and Payment Terms
All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on the Website are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a good or service will be the price advertised on the Website at the time the order is placed, subject to the terms of any promotions or discounts that may be applicable.
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. By placing an order for goods on the Website, you agree to pay us the total amount set out at the time you confirm your order.
Returns and Refunds
Except for any goods designated as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the goods for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of shipment with valid proof of purchase and such goods are returned in their original condition.
Refunds are processed within approximately 45 days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
No Warranty
We make no warranty or condition whatsoever with respect to the goods or services purchased through the website, including (a) any warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or title; or (b) warranty against infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party; whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
Intellectual Property Rights and Ownership
You understand and agree that the Website (including, for the avoidance of doubt, its contents, features, functionality, information, software, code, data text, displays, graphics, photographs, images, video, audio, music, broadcast, design, presentation, website layout, selection, and arrangement) is owned or licensed by Nobody Sausage and is protected in all forms by intellectual property laws.
Nobody Sausage names, logos, good and service names, designs, images, and slogans are trademarks of Nobody Sausage or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use any of those trademarks without the prior written permission of Nobody Sausage.
User-Generated Content
All content, material, and information a user makes available to the public or to other users or persons on or in connection with the Website (collectively, "User-Generated Content") must comply with all applicable federal, provincial, local, and international laws, regulations, and these Terms.
By providing any User-Generated Content, you grant us the right to a world-wide, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such content for any purpose.
Privacy
You acknowledge and agree that by providing us with your personal information or otherwise interacting with us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of these Terms.
Disclaimers, Warranties, and Limitation on Liability
No Reliance

Governing Law and Choice of Forum
These Terms are governed by and to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle, or rule and notwithstanding your domicile, residence, or physical location.
Severability
If any term or provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect any other term or provision of these Terms or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
